[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund Pending | |
Hello, I booked a ticket of spice jet through make my trip and my Booking Id: NF[protected] and booking date: 18-September-2014. Travel date 25 Jan 2015, but unfortunately flight was cancelled and I was supposed to get the refund. In make my trip site amount refund date is shown as 2nd April. But till now I have not received the refund amount. After having series of follow-ups (Below are the reference number given against my complaint) I haven’t got any fruitful response.

Second follow up: 24th-April-2015 Reference ID: [[protected]]
Third follow up : 5th-May-2015 Reference ID:[[protected]]
Fourth follow up: 16th-May-2015 Reference ID:[[protected]]
Fourth follow up: 22nd-May-2015 Reference ID:[[protected]]
Refund reference number as mentioned in make my trip: IN1412R6S247965
As they are claiming refund has already been done but they haven’t provided any transaction id.

Oct 16, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund has been done almost after 6 months. After complaining for more that 100 times. thanks to consumer complaints forum with out this it was impossible to take money out from the fraud company. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
