[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refusing to refund for cancelled booking | |||
I booked an international hotel through makemytrip. Before that I checked the fare policy of the hotel which stated a 100% refund in case I cancel before a certain date. After booking confirmation, to my utter horror, the cancellation policy is printed as totally non-refundable. Its a booking worth Rs. 10000, and makemytrip is refusing to accept this serious error on their part. I am attaching the screenshot of the cancellation policy which has the name of the hotel in the background. This is a case of clear mistake on the part of makemytrip's web team in terms of correctness of the cancellation policy. They have to acknowledge and take responsibility and bear the full refund to their customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
