[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Rude behaviour of your staff at Shamshabad airport customer on[protected] | |||
I have booked air tickets from rajahmundry to hyderabad and from hyderabad to Mangalore on[protected] under Ref: NF[protected]. After reaching hyderabad I had been to your customer in Shamshabad Airport and requested for a printout of the ticket from hyderabad to mangalore. the staff on duty in the counter refused to do so and when I enquired his name, he refused to give and behaved very rudely with me. The main official was not in the counter and after waiting for some time and when the incharge came to the counter, I narrated my experience with him and desired to know the name of the person who misbehaved. The incharge also spoke in the same way and simply said since he was not at the scene, he do not want to interfere and names cannot be given. I am very sorry for the behaviour of your staff. I shall be much obliged if you take suitable action against them, otherwise what ever courtesy service rendered from your head quarters, will go waster with these types of guys.
