I booked a flight from Toronto-Chicago-Delhi, after a week I received an email saying that Toronto - Chicago flight has been rescheduled. However, no alternate flight was given to me. I registered a complaint several times with no update till date.
It's been more than a month and half, everyday I receive an email saying ' we're unable to contact the airline please o wait for another 24-48hours'. I called customer service many times but nobody seems to be helpful at all. I spoke to the manager - RAJAT. He assured me he's taking the matter personally and it will be resolved in a week. This was before Dussehra and it's OCT 30 and I am still awaiting for my flight to be rescheduled.
I want my issue to be resolved and I have no more patience left to deal with bunch of . I am not going to let it go without a compensation this time !!!
