I just completed my travel made car rental booking with makemytrip from 7-10 August 2015 from delhi-Agra-Mussoorie-Delhi four months in advance, very well planned and well did homework. I was initially contacted by dilasini an agent from makemytrip for my whole itinerary lucky i booked my own accomodation. Reference IS:[protected]. Makemytrip was so caring until you make your payment. Once your payment is done, you're dead forever. This agent prepared a itinerary on friday to visit agra. I asked her to change itinerary as agra and most shops will be closed on friday's. Advised her to add dhaunalti to itinerary. She repeatedly told me that she's waiting for the techinical team to update her. She prolonged this until a week before our travel, then suddenly she is informing your bookings are transferred to my manager mahesh bhatt. This guy talked to us so friendly and said he'll will help us by guiding us in the trip along as we are visiting india for first time. This guy mahesh bhatt charged us no fee for guiding instead he made us to book hotel, food and travel expenses for him. He said he travelled agra like 1000times and mussoorie like 3times. Thats the reason we decided to take his help. We finally regretted a lot for it. This guy never revealed any information related to driver or rental service, just replied always am travelling along and everything well taken care of, dont worry. I again updated this guy that itinerary must be changed as agra is closed on fridays and dhanaulti must be added. Dont worry just pay few hundreds/thousands extra driver will take you wherever you want and can inform the driver on the spot. No need to be included in the itinerary was told. Once we arrived the airport, there is noone to pickup us from the airport. Mahesh bhatt made us to wait in airport for two hours at the Airport EXIT. We are all three friends travelled together. He picked us from airport only after we made a call to him and simply said nothing for his delay. Then instead of taking us through yamuna expressway this guy took us through another way that took 6hours to reach agra and reached agra at 9pm and all shops were closed. This guy ate food like hell as though he has never seen any food before. His hotel was booked by us, his travel for car by us was upgraded to 3000 rupees extra for him and all of his expenses were paid by us. Then they told me all driver food, toll taxes are included in package. But we paid for for every meal of driver food and all toll taxes etc. When we asked him so many questions, he always replied us dont know, dont ask me, i am just travelling like a friend and nothing to do with guiding. You must ask dilasini. When we asked him then for what reason you travelled with us, no reply, am just a friend. How the hell he could become our friends if he didnot take up this booking via makemytrip. Finally we didnot do any sightseeing for four days except for taj mahal. We did 2hrs shopping at mall road mussoorie that's it. We made a complaint registered to makemytrip, but instead of providing solution, this company just closed the case thrice without notifying or contacting us for anything. I repeatedly reopend the case and they kept closing the case after a week without contacting us for anything. This guy whatsapp us to withdraw complaint as he'll lose his job. The way he pleaded, wrote an email that this is misunderstanding. Immediate after this email, this guy again started troubling us by forcing us to take a trip along with him and pay for him again for accomodation. We reopened the case again on him of this behaviour. This guy immediately sent an whatsapp msg that will you withdraw your complaint ot you want me to lose my job and this guy is so stubborn to cheat people as many times as he would. MAkemytrip took no action and simply closed the case. Now the case is reopened again two days back. Never ever choose this makemytrip forever in your life viewers. They can never help people in their bookings. They just want to protect their honor and their employees who cheat their customers. Lucky the driver was so good and he helped us by saving us from this guy and his cheap tricks. Thanks to the driver. Decided never makemytrip again for anyone as they dont makeur trip, they spoilurtrip. Pls be careful before choosing your travel agents, rather choose your own car rental services and plan your itinerary to save all your money. That saves a lot of money. As everything is available online now. choose the trusting partners not someone like makemytrip who cheat on their customers and never care to provide solution too.

Mmt again closed the case purposely or without reading full content. I have reopened my case many times for them to take action. I have notified the reason clearly why this case was reopened again and again.

Its because after sending the email to hellotravel, i have not forwarded this email to mmt until they close my case today. i forwarded the email i sent to hellotravel to mmt only today after 7pm (31 August 2015). I have only provided partial screenshot of email to mahesh bhatt. How do mmt know that i sent an email to hellotravel in the first place without notifying prior to closing my case?? Do they have any answer for this?? As i gave a screenshot only to mahesh bhatt and informed him, its just to save your job and i will not withdraw my complaint from mmt. But immediately after this mahesh bhatt repeated the same cheating trick and forced me to take rajasthan tour holiday package for 10days and he was very nasty when i refused to take the package. So immediately i resend an email to hellotravel to withdraw any feedback of misunderstanding about makemytrip and their employees. But mmt is taking advantage of initial email sent to hellotravel to close the case without investigating the case thoroughly.

I have personally not sent any withdraw complaint request directly to mmt or their employees and i hold all proof for it. I am reopening cases for mmt to take action instead they kept closing until today.

Someone with commonsense will definitely think why is the case reopened every time. And will call respective person to verify on this issue.. No-one ever called except for one time by khyati trivedi and explained her everything already. Mmt wants to purposely close this case trying to find reasons. Rather it will be better if they can use their commonsense to think, why this case is reopened again and again.

Can MMT break all the records of the complaints filed against by being honest and sincere to provide justice to the customers affected by them and their employees??

Will they come forward to take action against their own employees for using mmt to cheat their customers???

How much do mmt care for their customers who get cheated??
