They have booked my return ticket wrong. Instead of booking it on 8th April they have booked it on 8th may. My booking is IN1601B8S288707. The person who booked is harwinder Singh. The booking was done over the phone n before making the payment online I asked mr. Harwinder to repeat the travel dates with time and flight numbers.
I have been chasing makemytrip since over a week. First they said they have done an enquiry n it is my mistake in saying wrong date. So I asked them to send me the recording. It's been 4 days they tell me 24hours everyday for giving me the recording. I have called makemytrip atleast 8 times in 4 days. I asked to speak to supervisor each time but I was said that he is busy. Now when I call they keep my call waiting for 15 mins without any reply and then they hang up. If in the recording I have said the wrong date then they wouldn't have a problem to send it to me. Please sort out this matter and take some responsibility.
