MakeMyTrip.com — They did not repay my hotel cancellation

I had booked a hotel in Chennai called Crystal Residency for Monday June 23 and June 24th 2014. The voucher number is NH[protected], i stayed for one day and canceled the next day's stay as it was very dirty and I politely told them I am going to my relations house because did not want to be rude to them, and asked for a refund immediately from MAKEMYTRIP. They delayed sending the request to the hotel and have not repaid to me the amount for a day's stay so far. What is to be done? . They have to repay 2200 to me.

At an outset, we regret fro the inconvenience this may have caused

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with the hotelier and found that reservation was cancelled at the last moment and as pr the booking policy it is non refundable. We have checked with our concerned team and found that check out date was 25-Jun-14 and we have received first call regarding this issue from your end on 15-Jul-14. We have taken up this issue with the hotelier as per your verbatim but he has denied any refund on the booking.
