Further in regards to your complaint, please note that while confirming booking we usually give option to add name before generating any confirmation and making payment. Also we have verified with our technical team specifically in regards to your booking only and found that second name was also being updated by the user.
We understand your concern and as a onetime goodwill gesture we are processing refund for our additional charges i.e. for INR 850/- as a waiver of Make trip charges which would be reflecting in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
