I do not understand why it is taking so much time to get the money refunded.It has been more than 3 weeks.
Also, first, when I reported the same through customer complaint (Reference ID:[protected], I did not get a single reply apart from the automated one.. I have to keep going back to your site and escalate it, call customer care until on 4thApril some one from customer care told me (not through mail, I called them) that I have to submit bank statement showing the debit. I immediately send the same. Then on the same day I got reply from customer care that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours!!
It has been 1 week from then, and whenever I call customer care, I got the same reply (and sometimes they hang up one me) that it will be resolved. Once even they told, that the money has been transferred to bank and bank will credit it. When I asked for the reference number for the same to take up with bank, they promised to email me the same but I did not get any mail!!
Again on 7th April, I am seeing some new complaint has been created (not by me, with a different Reference ID :[protected] and I got yesterday a mail telling me : "we have escalated this refund concern to our accounts team to validate the records and the response is awaited. We request you to kindly cooperate with us and we ensure to get back to you within 72 working hours to share the status with you."
I do not know what is going on!!!

I received the refund back, just short of couple of days to one month after I had this issue.
I will always remember this and makemytrip will loose myself and my friends as their csutomer.
