[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Wrong Booking | |||||
I have booked Hotel plus flight on 14 Oct 15 for Goa. i had chosen Executive room and have paid extra money for that but after booking the package i see i had been given lower room not what i have booked. I have spoken to Customer care but they are not helping me and transferring me to random department and people hanging up the call. This not what i had expected from sach a big name like makemytrip.
