[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — wrong cancellation of ticket due to technical error.

I had booked two-way ticket (PNRno.-D2C6QY)from delhi -trivandrum (16/10/24) and trivandrum-delhi(26/10/2014).
On 14 october i requested cancellation of my delhi -tivandrum flight(on 16nth) but i recieved a confirmation of cancelled ticket on my return journey ticket( 26th).
I contacted customer care on 15nth, and they replied it was a technical error because of same PNR no.on both tickets and was promised my refund for flight on 16nth and a flight ticket from delhi trivandrum on 26th.And that they will resolve this issue in 48hours.So far there is no communication from your part.
As i need to travel on 26 th from trivandrum -delhi at any cost, please make sure one seat is available for me on the same flight.
