My case was to Delete my MMT account because i can see my account was using by others .Even i changed the password of my login but also my account is getting logged in by my old password. So
i tried calling MMT customer care but the Automated voice said, Due to covid please use the MMT web site for your query and bookings. There i went to chat support but also same repeated worthless bot gave the same repeated answer send a mail to Privacy2, even i did . The support are very quick in action that they responded 2 days after and said it will take 5 days to delete my account. This is how MMT react to keep the account secure .Then i waited for 5 days and after my several followups they responded that we have deleted . I tried login to my account and my account is successfully logging in . Then again account is not deleted with screen shot attached. Again after 2 days they responded your account is deleted . Again i tried logging in and it was successfull. Again i responded that account is still not deleted. But till now i dint get any single response from the team even after my several followups . what a cstomer support . MMT shoud understad the inportance of personal data of a customer. MMT please make sure you adhere Security and privacy police . Im frustrated really. I will neve ever come back to MMT again. Was this information helpful? |
