We are not happy with the customer service.
We logged many queries with Make my Trip and also asked someone to call from complaints handling team, no one called so far.
Go First cancelled their flights so we are unable to fly. We were told to book our alternative flights and they will refund when/if Go First refunds. If we don't go we will loose all hotel and other activities money.
We wanted to know how much were flights tickets cost from the package..still no answer.
Also wanted Go First booking Id... still no answer.
We were told we must understand the situation as hotel will not refund if we don't go... why they can't explain the situation to the hotel? They should also understand the situation.
We can't book alternative flights as alternative flights seems to expensive.
