[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — air ticket and harassment | |||
Dear sir / madam, i went to canada in july 2017 and booked my ticket through make my trip. I was return ticket of 22 july from toronto to new delhi via london. While checking in at toronto air port they issued me boarding pass but did not allow me to board in plane and did not take my bags as my name on ticket was printed two times like (Baljit singh baljit singh) According to them it was a mismatch. At toronto neither make my trips indian no. Nor canadian nos responded me as staff of air canada asked me if they can correct it. But efforts in vain. I had to buy new ticket and flew from an other terminal. In the mean time my family called from here mmt thhey guided us to send them invoice of new ticket so that they can refund new ticket amount. I sent them same as make my trip demanded. I reminded them so many times and even through emails, calls but neither they responded nor refunded my amount, however, they committed me many times but did nothing in the end.
