Worst hospitality is given to the customers.. Went to the ginger hotel bodakdev a 4.2 star hotel, they were sold out and still mmt gave us the room without any confirmation from the hotel... They made us wait at the hotel till evening for a check-in, had to cancel our meeting because of the # they created.. Mmt wasted our half day money and time.
I had an operation the next day and i was strictly told by the doctors to take rest... I shared my problem with the mmt people they later sent me to some other hotel called rest-in near prahladnagar literally a 2 star hotel it felt even less than that, because of their mistake i had to suffer and instead o[censored]pgrading they gave a degraded hotel which had no provision of hot water the bathroom size was shrinked like the room, for the complementary breakfast i just got a sandwhich and wen i asked for more they charged me...
Just no humanity left, they made their customer suffered espicially a patient wen i had an operation the next day, and wen asked for the solution the mmt people told me to give me cashback, they just dont care where would their customer sleep on road or what for that we booked a room for this service!!!
