MakeMyTrip India — Amount debited from my bank account but booking failed | |
`Hi I am trying to contact Make My Trip customer support to initiate refund for my recent hotel booking transaction. The amount was deducted from my bank account by the booking did not complete stating some error in the bank side. Make My Trip is having the worst customer care service. I am either asked to enter a booking id (which I do not have since this is a failed transaction), Or I am asked to visit the website if it is a new booking. There is no option to discuss regarding such failed transactions. The only option which allows to speak the the customer care executive is the International Air Option and they can't even transfer me to the Domestic Hotel Department. They transfer me to the same IVR (Looks like they will service only expensive bookings and ignore others). Was this information helpful? | |
