[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — amount deducted but booking failed.

Pathetic customer care executives with no intention of resolving the issue. I tried booking a resort in Pondichery via MMT website. After payment I received payment confirmation but MMT showed booking as failed. This was on 3rd Aug, upon raising the complaint refund was assured within 72hrs( proof attached). I had raised 5 tickets so far and everytime it was closed without resolution or an update. Never chosing MMT ever again.
