I booked a hotel last night for which I made the payment.
Once I made the payment, the amount was immediately deducted from my bank account.
However, the booking was not done and shows as unsuccessful, even though I received a booking ID.
I don’t understand what went wrong and I demand for a refund immediately.
I have been trying to reach the customer care number several times, but unfortunately there is no actual human person available to talk and resolve my issue.
I have to book the hotel again now, which has already had a price hike, due to which I have to pay extra now.
I am hesitant to use MMT if this sort of experience repeats again.
I am attaching two images for proof of payment.
Kindly refund my amount immediately and get me in touch with a customer care executive.
