[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — amount deducted from bank account but no booking id received | |||
Hi, I am writing with utmost disgust at the customer service provided by Makemytrip. I had made a booking (Payment reference - NH[protected]P01-MAKEMYTRIP COM) few days ago from your portal. The amount got deducted from my bank A/C yet I received no booking ID or email confirmation. Tried calling customer service many times but absolutely no response. The automated response machine asks to key in the Booking ID. How the hell are we supposed to key in an ID which we didn't receive in the first place??
