MakeMyTrip India — Amount deducted from my credit card while booking hotel, it said transaction failed and I got no booking id or any reference.

I was trying to book hotel from MakeMyTrip and it said that transaction failed and amount of ₹3241/- got deducted from my credit card. I was provided with no booking reference or any id for this failed transaction.
Upon calling the bank they said that the merchant has received the amount, I can't find any of the customer care number where i can talk regarding this since i am not provided with any reference number.
