amounting to INR 12, 621. The airlines has cancelled the flight which caused me lot of trouble and lot of extra expense. And after a month also I didn't get my refund. And all my conversations with makemytrip are draining and not useful.
Being a mediator, MakemyTrip is just minting money and not taking any responsibility. Is this the experience we wanted to give to customers? Is this the business model India is encouraging?
