[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — bad service, lousy management worst customer management

I had made a complaint against the booking id of international hotel vide booking no. Nh[protected]. Its been over 6 month. The team had offered me rs. 21000 compensation too which i had refused as that was not desired and it was complete refund to come and surprisingly my complaint was removed from the website of mmt how come...??? In the name of seniors the agent only speaks who even doesnt know how to speak. Recently i had a connect with shristhi and on long waiting for about 30 min got transfer to rija sarkar who never picked up the call.. Guess that you are waiting for the transfer of call for 30 min and then when call get transfer no one picks??? I had also tried reaching the number of management team member but no response. While i am writing this complaint i am speaking to the new agent now and she say she doesn't have a resolution and i asked that i want to speak to head customer care so she say there is no senior on the floor and there is no head customer care. I also want to highlight that mmt always come back and say that they call back and number is not reachable or they cant find the complaint in system, i would want them to also answer this how this is possible???
