I called MMT multiple times, and discussed severe health issues I.e. severe damp, smell, wet floor, broken toilet and hot water not working at hotel orchid, 4 rooms 201, 202, 203 and 204.
During call on 08/14, I requested them to advise me the proof/pictures you require for refund but you have not provided any list so far. We called MMT on 08/13 immediately after checking and informed issues encountered until then and also shared pictures. Despite promises, there has been no further communication from MMT at all earlier as well.
