Date of transaction -22 jan 2019. I tried to book a domestic flight via mmt portal. I opted for payment through upi and scanned qr code as shown on the payment page and payment processed successfully.
However, the payment page did not confirm it and showed an error (Screenshot attached). The amount debited and also ticket did not confirm.
I sent a mail to obt. [protected]@makemytrip.com on the same day but did not receive any response.
I again sent a mail to [protected]@makemytrip.com but received a automated reply asking me to login and select the booking id (Since no booking has been confirmed hence no booking id). I received one more mail asking to chat with their support team but the link is not working.
Also tried to call on customer care number but it also asks for booking id. There is no way i can find to contact mmt to request a refund. Was this information helpful? |
