[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Boarding point time | |||||
I have booked two tickets to pune. I have received message from mmt. In which the boarding time was mentioned as 3.30pm from the boarding point i have selected. I have reached the boarding point at sharp 3.30. Pm But when i have enquired on the help desk, they told me that bus has already departed at 3:00 pm. They said that the bus departure timing is 3pm only. I have struggled to get the taxi for the final boarding point which was far away from the first boarding point. I have to spent extra money on that. Such kind of poor service from such a brand is not at all expected. Was this information helpful? | |||||
