[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Booked lodge instead of hotel | |||
This is with regards to booking ID IN1611B8S2465955. I had booked this package from your representative Nemat Hashmi.At the time of booking it was told me that the Hotel is 3 star and it was already communicated to your representative that I don't need such hotel. Your representative had told me that it's a very good hotel. Below are disadvantages of this hotel. 1.Tap is broken 2.Flush is broken 3.No Toilet paper 4.AC not working 5.Lots of dust 6.Dirty water Jar 7.The hotel daily rental is Rs.1600 and I had paid Rs.36000 for overall package. 8.
