I had booked 2 rooms in Munnar Haritha home stay through your site for 13 th January 2023..I had transferred the full amount and my booking was confirmed as per the mail I received from your end..But I was shocked and disappointed when I reached the venue today to realise that my rooms were already allocated to someone else and they offered to put us up at a different resort which was of much inferior quality and hygiene with bare minimum facilities..We were left with no choice but to take the offer since we had undertaken a very long tiresome journey to reach Munnar and also feared for the safety of our family members .what was intended to be a relaxing getaway has instead turned out to be our worst nightmare.I request you to immediately refund our money and compensate us adequately for all the mental and physical trauma meted out on us .Please find the copy of your confirmation mail below for your reference.
