MakeMyTrip India — Booking accepted yet there is NO room available at that particular property

After a successful transaction and receiving confirmation from Make My Trip, today I got a call from Bentrip Jharna Homestay, Darjeeling; Homestay Booking id NH[protected], that there is no room available and they suggested to stay in another location. But I like to stay in Bentrip otherwise I'll cancel my trip. I am unable to contact Make My Trip Customer Care to cancel the booking and to get back the booking amount. Do needful.
