I booked the ticket last year 2020 with the booking ID: NN[protected]. Due to Covid the flight was cancelled by the airline . MMT account show the message refund processed on 24th Jan 2021 but there is no amount refunded back in the account.
There is no way to connect to MMT customer care service. Their online platform is useless as there is no support available. Only recorded message is there.
Where the frustrating customer should go for their hard earned money . Where??????????????????????????????
Worst experience with MMT in last 10 yrs.
