I have booked bus ticket from chennai to coimbatore on aug 21, 2022. The booking was unsuccessful but the amount was debited. I have requested for refund but still there is no progress in the refund reuest created. The total amount is Rs.718. Please refund the amount. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 02, 2022 Updated by Mahi_1529 I did not get any response from makemytrip yet. They didn't refund money also.
