[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking failure & release of blocked amount | |
On 11th of September, 2018, i booked a round trip from Kolkata (CCU) to Muscat (MCT) the booking was a failure as i was asked to wait for 30 minutes for the process, and then also i didnt get any confirmation; but the ticket fare amount was blocked. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to re-book it. I booked the ticket again via credit card. the customer care told me that my amount will be released. but till now my money is blocked. can you please release the blocked amount? since the booking was not confirmed, i dont have any booking id as well. i used my debit card to book the ticket. it is under the name Faisal Ahmed.
