[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking has not been confirmed but amount debited | |
I had booked booked through make my trip. My account name is vidhya rajamohan. We booked two beds in manyana hostel, indiaranagar, bangalore for 30 august 2019 to 1 september 2019. We paid through netbanking. The amount has been debited but no booking is shown. The helpline has no provision to talk about this issue and the chat is also not responding.

Your company doesn’t know the value of time their customer is waiting at the airport and not picking up the call and giving tentative time of the taxi arrival and at a last moment they are saying that taxi is not available.If your not able to handle your business kindly shut it up because others service providers are much better than you.
