I've booked a hotel room in cosy home, gawahati, and also made the full payment to make my trip account via upi mode by google pay but i have not received the booking i'd and when i reached the hotel the hotel premises said that their is no booking by your name and then i tried to contact customer care of make my trip they don't have the option to talk without the booking i'd. Then i contacted on email i didn't got reply and then i chat on facebook page of make my trip they said they will refund it within 72hrs but i have no money in account to book hotel now... I have attached the email and facebook conversation...
