I booked a hotel named- Hyphen situated in meerut from make my trip website on date 13-1-17, the booking failed but money got deducted from my bank account. Deducted amount was-1365rs. Please refund the deducted money. I tried calling all your customer care numbers but it was of no use. My booking ID is- NH[protected]

Updated by thelast view I booked a hotel in meerut on 14-1-17. The hotel name was Hyphen premium hotel. The money was deducted from my bank account but the booking was unsuccessful.
There's no refund till now.
Please help.
The cost of the booking was ₹1365 and Booking ID was
NH[protected].

I really need the refund.
Hope you guys understand and Hope you guys will help asap.

We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding the full refund for lost booking Id.
Please note that as we have checked and found that full refund has been initiated on 14Jan17 with RRN number#HSM[protected].

Within 3-4 working days, depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account.
Hence we request you to check with your respective bank for the same along with RRN number.

Kindly do let us know once the refund received by you.
