It is regret to intimate that till date i have not received my cancellation balance amount of hotel booked. I have booked a hotel at alwar and as desired paid rs, 32, 063, against id no. Nh[protected]. It is understood from hotel that my booking was cancelled, and accordingly another hotel srisks wa booked for rs. 10975.26 and only rs. 6160 was refunded in place of 32,[protected] = 25, 903. Reason not intimated. I have cancelled booking of said hotel on 16.12.2018. I am sorry to say that till date no refund has been made till date. I have telephoned no. Of time to customer for the payment, always it has been intimated that refund has been made. No body is telling the amount. This is how make my trip is working? It my request not to harass customers and request no. Of times for refund. Kindly keep your reputation high. My balance refund of rs. 25, 903 is to be made immediately without any excuse.
