On 12 oct i was trying to book a flight from pune to jaipur and while the time of booking the flight which i was trying to book was not able to book and error message got displayed. I tried something about 10 times, the same error message was displayed and then i tried to book a flight whose fare was 10000 that i was able to book and i was asked to fill my details and whole process... When i contact customer care to adviser name rita mujumdar she told me to book directly from airlines.. Instead of helping me out she told just send me the screenshots on the mail that too was a feedback mail. I told then it would take 72 hours as per their policy then she told me that you have to wait. Now my point is who will be responsible if flight fair gets increased? Moreover will they let me book a ticket on same amount for i have to board a flight tomorrow...
