I booked bus ticket with correct date but due to technical fault mmt booked ticket for the same date without any confirmation before payment. Now no one is there to lodge a complaint for this. Deducted money and not ready to refund. I am not responsible for this. So i need my money back. Chat, email and toll free no services are completely useless.

Updated by Shulaka Singh I will make it clear with date. I wanted to book my journey for 24th oct and i modified the date too. But mmt redirected to the payment page directly without confirming booking details. Money got deducted and my ticked booked for 8th oct i.e. the day i was booking my journey. So as i enter all the details and date correctly then why i got booking for 8th oct. And if i cancel it they will deduct my whole amount. I contacted bus operator. He disconnected my call. I tried to contact mmt via chat email and toll free no. Nothing responded to me. When i did not make mistake then why do i pay for the service which i did not used. It is completely unfair and this kind or irresponsible behaviour from brand like mmt is not negligible. I will not bear this loss. It's technical issue of mmt's site and a biggest loophole of not confirming booking details before payment. I want my money back. It's my hard earned money. My PNR no is B4BZFJXS
