[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — bus cancellation and can't get money back

Booking id nu (Protected)
I want to cancel my bus e tickets.. But until it was not cancelled. I can't get refund.. I have sent email and also voice complain. But the response is my booking id and mobile no is not identified.. How is it possible..?? Please cancel my tickets and refund the money back. The mail i got was that
