We booked a ticket for chandigarh to amritsar through MMT. Journey details;

Chandigarh to amritsar (6/12/2021)
1:05 pm departure time
Bus didn't arrived at the location and on calling driver informed that they didn't receive any booking and left chandigarh without taking us.
We have another booking for amritsar to manali on same date in the evening. Due to now arrival of bus in chandigarh, we are not able to catch the 2nd bus too.

MMT customer care is saying that they can't do anything about it. It's MMT mistake that bus didn't arrived at the location and bus didn't get our ticket. Since, I am not able to complete any of the journey due to your inability in coordinating things. I want refund for both the bookings.
