I have booked a NeuGo Bus from your website on date[protected] for Delhi Kashmiri Gate to Haridwar for two persons
I have reached to the pick up point before departure time 9:00PM but bus was not reached there on the departure time. I was waiting and continuesly called for half hour to the contact person number provided by bus operator, who already called me to confirm my booking before 1 hour of my bus timing. I have complained on the make my trip app but not resolved. My departure time was 9:00 PM then I have received the call from NeuGo around midnight 12:00 AM that I am still waiting or gone from the departure point. I asked them why the contact person didn't received my call I was continuously called him for half hour during departure time, he told something went wrong with the person and cut the call. On the complaint raised by me to make my trip customer service they updated the issue has been resolved since no body called me from make my trip and not received any mail from them. I have not received the details how they updated the issue has been resolved.
The Worst company I have ever seen make my trip, nothing on name of customer support. Was this information helpful? |
