I want to register complaint against MakeMyTrip.
I haven't travelled on 15th April because the number which was provided by MakeMyTrip of driver, driver was not picking up the call and even I didn't received any Bus Number.
I confirmed this issue before pickup time that driver is not picking call and MakeMyTrip customer Subarna Sarkar representative acknowledged and also tried to call from her end as well till 05:30PM and driver didn't picked her call as well, finally customer care representative Subarna Sarkar called me and said at 05:20 PM that "take any alternative and you can leave as you already waited at boarding point from 04:10 PM to 05:40 more than hour" Than I took alternative and came back delhi.
And I informed same to Subarna Sarkar She said that "okay even she also escalated this issue and confirmed me with complaint I'd[protected] over emil and said you will get refund soon.
but now as per below email MakeMyTrip lying and bus operators also lying said that I travelled but I didn't even if they will check from there customer care representative Subarna Sarkar she will also confirm same but MakeMyTrip not doing proper investigation. Was this information helpful? |
