[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Bus service from Aligarh to jaipur | |
I booked one seat in ac sleeper class for journey date 23 july 2023 time 21:15 from aligarh to Jaipur. But they cancelled the said ac bus. And provide me at 23:00 non ac poor and much dirty bus. I complained the issue to mmt but without answering me they closed my complaint. And claimed them to refund my whole amount and compensation for mentally harrasment. But they closed my issue without saying anything. I have to join my official training on urgent base at jaipur otherwise i will not travel in non ac bus.
