Hello team,
I had booked my travel through make my trip cab for two journeys.
Pune to mumbai airport on 19th jan 2018 - booking id nc[protected] - already refunded.
Mumbai airport to pune on 28th jan 2018 - booking id nc[protected] - waiting for refund.
On 16th jan i received a message from make my trip mentioning my cab from pune to mumbai for 19th jan has been cancelled. I called up the customer care and was clearly told that the cabs are not available for said date and hence it has been cancelled. I did plead not to cancel it the last minute as the cabs prices would have increased by then, but to no avail. Then i asked the status of my cab booking from mumbai airport to pune scheduled for 28th jan 2018 and was told “ it has also been cancelled”. Your representative clearly mentioned the same and hence i booked another cab through another vendor. I didn’t take your cab on 28th jan 2018 as you had cancelled it and i am sure you would have the recording of my conversation with your representative. Please refund the amount which i paid as an advance which was supposed to be refunded. I couldn’t track the same as i was out of country and my number was not functional.
This is a major goo[censored]p on your side. On one hand, you cancel the booking at the last minute and charge for the same as well.

In response to my mail, mmt responded mentioning the second cab for 28th jan 2018 was not cancelled and hence will be charged. Wherein i clearly mentioned that i was told by their representative that the cab has been cancelled. They can always re refer to the recording of the call. This amounts to cheating and harassment. Need resolution.
