This is with respect to the cab booking which i made on 2nd april 18 for new delhi t1 airport to rajpura, punjab on 3rd april 18 1:00am.
Due to non-confirmation at payments page, i made repeated bookings after getting assurance from the support team that i would be refunded for the same.
The booking ids are as follows:
Nc[protected] - upi
Nc[protected] - hdfc netbanking
Nc[protected] - hdfc netbanking
After non-confirmation of ist booking, i got assurance from the support team, that i would be refunded for the same and i should go ahead with the fresh booking.
While attempting booking the next time, i got payment failed due to technical issues message, so i tried booking the next time.
And the same message i got this time. But after that, i got msgs from hdfc bank that payment was deducted.
I repeatedly called support team after this and got assurances that all bookings are on hold and the same would be refunded.
Meanwhile, i also got a call from one of the taxi drivers, for booking id-nc[protected], and he confirmed that booking was successful and he will be waiting at the time and location we have specified.
I got confirmation from support that i can avail the taxi service and rest of the money for other two bookings would be refunded. So, we took the taxi services.
But i am not getting any communication regarding the same from your side, regarding the refund status.
All my attempts to reach you via mail, service requests, customer care have proved futile till now as i have not got a single word from your side on this.
On calling customer care at[protected]/8747, my call is repeatedly landing on hotel department after entering the booking id and the most frustrating part is that they are asking me to call again as they do not have any clue for the cab related queries. So, i am trapped in a loop, for which i can't see any exit.
Request you to please look into this urgently and please clarify me on this.
