[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cab didn't arrive on the given date and time. refund | |||||
I had booked a cab to travel from my hotel in jaipur to the airport at 7am on 26th december 2018. The cab never arrived so i contacted customer care and asked for a refund. I got a reply saying cab had arrived and driver couldn't contact me. This is impossible because i was waiting at the gate before 7am and there was no cab. So in response they ask me to provide call log details that i had tried to contact the driver but on the other hand i receive no such proof from the other end that cab had come. Its been over a week now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I just receive the standardised response from makemytrip that we need 24 hours more everyday.
