I booked a cab from Noida to T3 on 10th July, 2022 for 06:15 pm.
I had done partial payment of 173 before onboarding the cab. After completing the trip, I paid the remaining amount via UPI to mmt. It was showing paid in my mmt app and as well as in the driver's app. But still driver was constantly ranting that I need to pay him in cash as the app is showing "Paid to driver" and ultiimately I had to pay him. Don't you guys tell your drivers that by paying online via upi to mmt, we are ultimately paying the driver? Or do you guys train your drivers to ask for money twice? Was your driver this illiterate to not understand what was he doing. He was constantly behaving rudely with me. He even mentioned that he wasted two hours on this trip. Do you guys ask your drivers to waste their time on the trips?Moreover, I booked a cab for 06:15am. If he came at 05:15am, was that my fault? Does this kind of behaviour you show to your customers? I need a refund of 599 immediately as I had to pay the amt twice. Also, please take strict actions against this driver so that he gets a lesson on how to behave with the customers.
If no actions taken from your end, then I am sorry. I won't be able to do any booking from your app. It is very shameful from your end that despite being such a great company, you guys are doing such bad scams to take the payment twice from your customers. This is impacting the trust of their customers on mmt.
I am attaching all the photos here. You can see that I was forced to do the payment twice.
