Very poor and pathetic cab service. Inspite of booking and advance payment the cab did not arrive at the said time at the airport and after various calls to the make my trip office. The driver did not turn up and the people at the customer care are also useless and could not resolve the issue. Waiting for an hour i booked another cab from the airport. Poorest ever service seen.
