MakeMyTrip India — Cancel flight refund not received from 4 months

I made a gofirst booking on 1 may and my flight date is 27 maybut flight is canclled due to some issue and today is 17 augest its been 3 months they both gofirst and makemy trip not giving a properreply and both complaining each other for refund both are not initating my refund i am [censored]ing prblem from 3 months and many time i caaled both of their customercare
