This is regarding a cancelation of one of the bookings I made through makemytrip. The booking was done on[protected]. However the plan got changed and I canceled the booking on[protected].
Today morning I received an email stating that the request was cancelled. I tried canceling again around at 12pm today. I also contacted the customer care and I was told that cancelation is not possible, however the date can be changed which I don't want to do. I've attached the proofs stating cancelation can be done till check in and also the screenshot of the cancelation. Please check and refund the amount as soon as possible. The customer care personals keep disconnecting the call when I ask for refund. Totally unacceptable.
Immediate action is highly appreciated.
