[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Canceled my bus ticket without my permission and no any alternative provide | |||||
I was booked my bus ticked journey date 29-oct - 2016 from jaipur to kanpur, Through makemytrip.com Today they canceled my ticket with reason that, "bus is canceled". I was booked with rs. 700 but today due to diwali festival charges goes beyond rs.1500, so they make this reason and no alternative provide me. I am very disturbed so please help me. Please note that as we have checked and found that full refund of INR 693/- has been processed on 20 Oct16 with rrn number#HSM[protected]. Hence for the rest extra amount of INR 1500/-, we request you to share the bill copy for the same. So that we can get this checked. Also note that we tried to connect you on your registered contact number with us, but your number was not reachable.So please share a suitable time to speak to you along with a contact number.
